Masaomi Wada - Chief Representative for Asia
As CEO of Brushmo Japan and Head of Product Development, I oversee the company's business operations in the Japanese market while also leading the planning, development, and sales strategy of Brushmo products on a global scale.
Our mission is to evolve oral care beyond a simple daily commodity into products that combine functionality and design—items that people naturally want to incorporate into their everyday lives.
Drawing on my experience in international sales, e-commerce operations, and product development, I work to create value unique to Brushmo by leveraging sales data, customer feedback, and insights from dental professionals across Japan, the United States, and other key markets.
Going forward, I will continue to blend a distinctly Japanese perspective with a global outlook, contributing to the growth of an oral care brand chosen by customers around the world.

Dr. Fang Sun – Chief Technical/Clinical Officer
Dr. Fang Sun, DDS, PhD, is the Chief Technical/Clinical Officer at
Brushmo. Since joining the company, Dr. Sun has been instrumental in
overseeing the development and implementation of new dental products,
ensuring clinical efficacy and safety, integrating advanced dental
technologies, and leading the clinical team to improve patient outcomes
and product performance.
Dr. Sun’s experience as a practicing
dentist provides him with extensive clinical knowledge, expertise in
advanced dental technologies, and a strong commitment to patient care.
Additionally, his PhD in Chemical Engineering/Biomaterials complements
his clinical skills with a solid foundation in dental materials science,
clinical research, and innovative product development.

Jim Singer – Chief Legal Counsel
Jim Singer is a partner with the Fox Rothschild LLP law firm, where he co-chairs the firm’s technology practice and previously served as chair of the firm’s intellectual property department. With support from his Fox colleagues, Jim has served as the Brushmo team’s chief legal counsel for nearly 10 years.
Jim has over 25 years of experience helping clients increase value of their innovations. He also handles a wide variety of IP and technology transactions, including licensing deals, supply agreements, and sponsored research agreements. Jim has been recognized by Chambers USA, IAM Global Leaders, The National Law Journal, Thompson Reuters and others as a global thought leader in patents and technology transactions.
