Justin Lee is the Founder and CEO of Brushmo, a pioneering company in the oral care industry. From his upbringing to his early years in the United States, Justin has always focused his energy and vision on creating possibilities. Passionate and motivated, Justin drives the innovative Brushmo team to create new oral care products, provide better healthcare solutions, and maximize positive user experiences.
Justin's expertise lies in integrating quantitative approaches to marketing and sales, honed from his analytic experience as a financial analyst along with his front and back-end knowledge as an eCommerce software developer.
Under Justin's leadership, Brushmo developed a robust domestic and international IP portfolio in the field of oral care. Motivated by a desire to create a dynamic and rewarding business environment, Justin's vision for Brushmo is to offer AI-powered solutions that diagnose oral conditions and recommend customized oral-care products.

Masaomi's career is marked by significant achievements in sales and product development. His ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities has been instrumental in Brushmo's success in Asia. His experience at Mitsubishi Motors in the overseas sales department further honed his skills in international sales and marketing.
Masaomi thrives on the challenges selling unique, unconventional products and growing businesses from the ground up. By driving sales and continuing to increase brand awareness, Masaomi envisions Brushmo’s continued growth to lead towards becoming a globally recognized oral care company, directly competing with industry giants.

Dr. Fang Sun, DDS, PhD, is the Chief Technical/Clinical Officer at Brushmo. Since joining the company, Dr. Sun has been instrumental in overseeing the development and implementation of new dental products, ensuring clinical efficacy and safety, integrating advanced dental technologies, and leading the clinical team to improve patient outcomes and product performance.
Dr. Sun’s experience as a practicing dentist provides him with extensive clinical knowledge, expertise in advanced dental technologies, and a strong commitment to patient care. Additionally, his PhD in Chemical Engineering/Biomaterials complements his clinical skills with a solid foundation in dental materials science, clinical research, and innovative product development.

Jim Singer – Chief Legal Counsel
Jim Singer is a partner with the Fox Rothschild LLP law firm, where he co-chairs the firm’s technology practice and previously served as chair of the firm’s intellectual property department. With support from his Fox colleagues, Jim has served as the Brushmo team’s chief legal counsel for nearly 10 years.
Jim has over 25 years of experience helping clients increase value of their innovations. He also handles a wide variety of IP and technology transactions, including licensing deals, supply agreements, and sponsored research agreements. Jim has been recognized by Chambers USA, IAM Global Leaders, The National Law Journal, Thompson Reuters and others as a global thought leader in patents and technology transactions.
Jim and his team at Fox work closely with Brushmo to secure a portfolio of U.S. patents and non-U.S. counterparts, guide Brushmo’s R&D team when developing new products, and successfully pursue counterfeiters and infringers.
