Thank you for shopping at Brushmo.
Where we ship
We ship only to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, overseas destinations, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping is free on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $10.00 or more after discounts, before tax. Orders below $10.00 have a $5.99 standard shipping charge.
Any available expedited shipping options and their charges are shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates
Standard orders are generally delivered within 2–8 business days after the order is placed. We use Amazon fulfillment for our orders. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; holidays, order volume, weather, and carrier delays may affect arrival times. Available delivery options are shown at checkout.
Shipment confirmation and tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking status.
Damaged or delayed shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you need help with a delayed or missing shipment, contact cs@brushmo.com with your order number. Please retain the packaging and any photos of damage so we can help investigate.
