Identify your handle model before choosing a brush head. Similar-looking heads can use different connections.
Standard click-on heads push onto the handle. E-Series heads use a screw-on connection. These two systems are not interchangeable. Philips One and Sonicare for Kids have separate listings.
Compare Sonicare systems →Oral-B iO uses a different connection from classic round-head Oral-B handles. Choose the iO or Classic / Kids group, then check the confirmed handle list on the product page.
Explore Oral-B compatibility →Look for the model marking on your handle or check its manual. Search the full reference, such as HX6512/55, or the base number HX6512. Model pages explain the listed versions.
Search your model →Compatibility is specific to the listed handle models. An unlisted model is not a confirmed match. Philips, Sonicare and Oral-B names identify compatibility; Brushmo replacement heads are third-party products for those brands.
Choose your size
Compact and standard describe the brush head size. They do not identify the handle connection. First confirm compatibility, then compare the head size, pack and color on the product page.
Compare replacement heads →Brushmo BM638 is the compact option labeled for ages 3+. BM648 is the full-size option labeled for ages 7+. Both have a confirmed handle list; classic Oral-B kids’ handles use a separate product.
