Orders are generally Ship from Brushmo within 1 working day. As soon as your order has left the building, you should receive an email confirmation from us. However, in case of any hiccups, you can check the status of your order by logging in to your account and heading to “order history“.All of our deliveries are sent via UPS or USPS, so please allow 2-3 working days for your order to reach you. If it’s been over 7 days and still not got to you, get in touch with us to report your issue. Please note that if you order through a special promotion we may extend our normal delivery time scales to up to 7 days if we are exceptionally busy.
